Health Literacy & Medication Safety Sub-Committee Meeting

Furthering the work of the Walker County Health Action Partnership — Participate by networking with colleagues, discussing the role pharmacies play in patients’ health through the continuum of care and helping establish our goals for the coming year.  The Health Literacy & Medication Safety Sub-Committee is a part of the Coordinated Care Priority Group.
