Walker County Health Action Partnership Leadership Team Meeting

First quarter meeting of the Leadership Team of the Walker County Health Action Partnership. Michelle Richardson from the Alabama Department of Public Health will present on a recent grant award that focuses on Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease in Walker County. In addition, Priority Group Chairs will provide an update on their groups’ work in the first quarter.
